Finance and Operations staff are dedicated to advancing the academic and research missions of Missouri S&T through the services we provide. We approach our work as stewards, striving for excellence and constantly looking for ways to improve services while maximizing the use of university resources. I personally consider it a privilege to have the opportunity to serve the students, faculty and staff of this great institution each day.

Our Departments
Accounting and Budget

Manages financial systems and processes and supplies oversight and guidance in fiscal matters to Missouri S&T departments.
Business Intelligence

Develops dashboards, applications, and automated solutions that help campus partners use data, improve processes, and make informed decisions.
Business Services

Connects the campus community with dining, bookstore, events and hospitality, parking, and printing and mail services.
Facility Planning and Operations

Supports the campus built environment through planning, construction, maintenance, facilities operations, and environmental health and safety services.
Human Resources

Supports employees and supervisors with recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, professional development, and guidance on university employment policies.
Information Technology

Provides technology services, solutions, and support that help students, faculty, and staff advance the university’s teaching, research, and administrative work.
Institutional Research and Data Management

Provides official university data, reporting, and analysis to support planning, institutional effectiveness, and informed decisions across campus.
Student Financial Services

Helps students and families navigate scholarships, financial aid, student loans, tuition, billing, and payments throughout their university experience.
University Police

Provides around-the-clock campus safety services, including crime prevention, emergency response, investigations, and support for students, employees, and visitors.

Business and Finance Officers

Provides financial guidance and business support to colleges, departments, and administrative units, helping campus partners manage resources and navigate university processes.
